Shipping Policy
Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed and shipped on Mondays. Monday and Tuesday orders will be processed and shipped on Wednesdays. Wednesday and Thursday orders will be processed and shipped on Fridays. Items ordered on a holiday will be shipped on the first following business day.
We ship by USPS, Fed Ex., or UPS. We pack very well for shipping and cannot be held responsible for broken or damaged items. Shipping charges will be calculated based on weight and size of the item. We reserve the right to require in store pick up for any large home decor item and any furniture item.
We will ship to APO/FPO boxes via Priority Mail. Please insure you select Priority Mail when checking out.
We do NOT ship INTERNATIONALLY at this time.
To calculate your shipping charges, simply add the item(s) to your cart and your shipping charges will appear in your cart. If your order weighs more than 10 lbs., you will be prompted to go back and choose the in store pick up option. (otherwise, you would need to contact us before making a purchase, to determine your shipping charges. Our number is listed below.)
Out of state orders will not be charged sales tax. Sales tax will be charged for NC purchases.
We encourage our local and Facebook friends to use our in store pick up option. We will have your items ready for pick up within 24-36 hours of receipt of your order. Please be advised, that once you have paid for your order, you will have 2 business days to pick up your order or we will refund your money, less a 20% restock fee and place the item up for sale again. We hope you understand the need for pick-ups to take place in a timely manner. We have no extra space for holding items more that 48 hours.
Furniture and other excessively heavy items will need to be picked up in store or you may contact us at 336-497-5290 for a quote on delivery through us or a third party affiliate.
